Benefits from comprehensive national roadside assistance and recovery service including homestart.
We will arrange and pay for a qualified assistance operator to attend for up to one hour and try and get the car going again. If your car cannot be fixed at the roadside or within a day at a local garage, we will arrange and pay for one of the following:
- Nationwide Recovery Service
For your vehicle to be taken to your intended destination or home in Ireland and then, if you ask, for it to be taken to a garage within 15 miles.
- Overnight Accommodation
Bed & Breakfast expenses for one night up to €60 per person and €240 for you whole party.
- 24 hour Irish Hire Vehicle
A hire car of up to 1100cc for a period on no more than 24 hours.

- Emergency Driver in Ireland
If during the journey the driver suffers an accident or illness and there is no one else qualified to drive, we will provide and pay for a driver to complete the journey or return the vehicle and passengers to their intended destination.
- Homestart Service
If you vehicle breaks down at home or within one mile of home we will arrange for a breakdown operator to come and try to fix the problem. If it cannot be fixed we will arrange and pay for the vehicle to be taken to a suitable garage within 15 miles.
- European Assistance
Up to 90 days of cover in the European countries listed below (max 31 days per trip)
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Malta, the Republic of Cyprus, United Kingdom, the Vatican City, and dependent Islands, within the geographical area of Europe, of the aforementioned countries.
